This processing is based on your explicit and informed consent (Section 6). Consent may be withdrawn at any time—see Article VIII for details.
Article III: Data Storage & Security Protocols
Your personal data is stored securely within encrypted, access-controlled systems, in line with Section 8 of the Act. Measures include:
- AES-256 encryption

We do not transfer data to third parties without your consent. All data processing remains within India, unless otherwise explicitly communicated.

- Standard Retention: Data is retained for up to 60 days post-resolution of your inquiry.
- Extension: If needed, we will notify you of the revised timeframe.
- Secure Disposal: Data is permanently deleted using industry-standard protocols.
Article V: Rights of the Data Principal
Under Chapter III of the Act, you have the right to:
- Access Information (Section 11)
- Correct Inaccuracies (Section 12)
- Request Erasure (Section 13)

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately.
