This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal information when you interact with us via the “Contact Us” interface on our platform.

By voluntarily submitting personal data through this form, you explicitly consent to its collection and processing for the purposes outlined herein. This document also serves as legal notice under the Act, informing you of your rights as a Data Principal.

Article II: Purpose Limitation & Legal Basis for Processing

  • Respond to and manage inquiries submitted via the “Contact Us” form.

This processing is based on your explicit and informed consent (Section 6). Consent may be withdrawn at any time—see Article VIII for details.

Article III: Data Storage & Security Protocols

Your personal data is stored securely within encrypted, access-controlled systems, in line with Section 8 of the Act. Measures include:

  • AES-256 encryption
  • Role-based access controls
  • Routine security audits

We do not transfer data to third parties without your consent. All data processing remains within India, unless otherwise explicitly communicated.

Article IV: Data Retention & Disposal

  • Standard Retention: Data is retained for up to 60 days post-resolution of your inquiry.
  • Extension: If needed, we will notify you of the revised timeframe.
  • Secure Disposal: Data is permanently deleted using industry-standard protocols.

Article V: Rights of the Data Principal

Under Chapter III of the Act, you have the right to:

  • Access Information (Section 11)
  • Correct Inaccuracies (Section 12)
  • Request Erasure (Section 13)
  • Withdraw Consent (Section 6(4))

Article VI: Grievance Redressal

A Grievance Officer has been appointed in accordance with Section 14:

Unresolved concerns may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India.

Article VII: Data Breach Notification

In case of a breach likely to cause harm, we will:

  • Notify affected users within 72 hours
  • Report to the Data Protection Board of India
  • Take corrective actions to mitigate risks

Article VIII: Children’s Data

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately.

An age-verification mechanism is implemented to ensure compliance.

Article IX: Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy as required. Updates will be:

  • Posted on our official website with version control
  • Communicated to users via email if changes affect your rights
